Rental Process for patients & athletes
How to Rent a CTC-7 Unit?
Step 1
Fill in the rental form below, providing information around your injury and whether you were referred to us by one of our private healthcare partners.
Step 2
Our customer service team will be in touch to ask some follow up questions. They will then send out an rental agreement for you to sign and return.
Step 3
Once the agreement has been signed and returned. Our team will send out a secure payment link for the first months rental payment.
Step 4
Once the team have received payment they will send out your CTC-7 device to your address. We will send you across training materials on how to use the device. We will organise the collection of your rental unit for the end of the agreed period.
